Paneer Preparation
  1. Fine Chop onion and garlic
  2. Fry onion and garlic in 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan for 1 mintue
  3. Add paneer to the pan along with chilli flakes and kasturi methi for 2-3 minutes
Capsicum Preparation
  1. Cut 3 capsicum from top & remove the seeds and wash them.
  2. Drain water from capsicum
  3. Brush capsicum with oil from outside
  4. Fill the stuffing inside the capsicum
  5. Add grated cheese on top
  6. Grill it in OTG at 180 to 200 degree for 10-15 minutes
