One meal a week, remember it’s one meal a day not the entire day.
When do I have my ‘Free Meal’?
Identify one day of a week, we call this ‘FREE MEAL DAY’, the example you chose Saturday, So Saturday will be your ‘free meal day’, you’ll not have a ‘free meal’ on any other day than one that you’ve committed. Don’t change day as per convenience.
Do I have my ‘Free Meal’ during lunch or dinner?
Any one is ok.
What if I don’t want to have a ‘Free Meal’?
GOOD (I personally don’t indulge in ‘free meal’)
What if I want to have ‘Free Meal’ once in 2 weeks?
That’s great too, but your free meal day that you’ve decided will remain the same.

Can I eat anything that I want in ‘Free Meal’?
Yes, but if possible, avoid sugar or have low sugar on free day (that’s one thing I don’t recommend) but it’s your free meal so take your call.
What if I fast next day of my ‘Free Meal’ day?
Good, but it’s optional.
Will I put on weight after ‘Free Meal’ day?
May be, but once you are back on track, you will start to lose again.
